ZODIAC SEA-CHRON  

For sale is a pretty rare 60s or early 70s vintage 3 register Zodiac Sea-Chron diver chronograph powered by Valjoux 72 movement (same as vintage Rolex Datyona).

From the 1971 Zodiac Catalog:
Underwater chronograph, 17-jewel, stainless steel case, water resistant to 660 feet, shock resistant, 1/5 second, 30 minute and 12 hour registers in white, luminous black dial and hands, 2 pushbuttons, anti-magnetic, tachymeter scale, rotating bezel with minute calibrations.

Condition:
The hands and bezel are quite unique to the Sea-Chrono model. The unpolished steel case and black bezel have some signs of normal use.
Faded silver inserts are beautiful. Original Tritium dial is in very nice patina has NOT been refinished or re-lumed. The dial is signed "T Swiss Made T" at the bottom 6 o'clock area. Plexi glass in nice condition.
Keeps very good time, winds, sets fine and chrono hands reset straight up like they should. Comes on a 20 mm NATO strap.
